MacMerc has announced the release of Apple’s new iPod nano.

The iPod nano is “only 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 inches and 1.5 ounces,” holds up to 1,000 songs and up to 25,000 photos, is available in either black or white, and ships with the classic “Dock connector” for compatibility with current iPod accessories.

If you were holding out on an iPod shuffle because of the lack of a screen, and if you have a few extra dollars to spend, then the iPod nano is for you.
