Favored Freeware: Mozilla
Mozilla is a web-browser, Email App, HTML Editor, and IRC Chat app all rolled into one. Key features are tabbed browsing, and pop-up blocking. Mozilla has excellent support for standards. And, because it functions on Windows, Macintosh and Linux platforms, it is an obvious replacement for Netscape Navigator and IE. Mozilla Mail also supports GPG encryption. See Secure Your Email for details.
Pros: Mozilla is stable and good replacement for people who are just seeking something that isn’t IE or Netscape. Mozilla is a cross-platform internet suite for Mac, Windows, Linux, Tru 64 Unix, and Solaris.
Cons: The application is “bloated” for those who don’t want all of the add-ons.
Happy December 25th!
Merry Christmahanukwanzica to all! Enjoy the music.

Happy Holidays!
Try to enjoy yourselves on these upcoming days. For many of you, “holiday” means stress and hard work. For the rest of you, it means freedom and relaxation. For those of you in the first category, try to relax and have fun. For those of you in the second category, try to respect those who are working hard for you, and try to help whenever possible. If you’re looking for a good gift to give yourself this holiday season, look at the Favored Freeware area of the sidebar, and don’t forget to check out the slowly-growing library of reviews in the Favored Freeware category.
Web Developer Extension Update v0.9.1
Well, it looks like I may have missed this update by a few days. The Web Developer Extension for Firefox and Mozilla has been updated to v0.9.1. This update adds a few enhancements and bug fixes to an already outstanding extension. The Web Developer Extension is (by far) the most useful extension available for Firefox, and is great for working on your site and diagnosing others.
